Instructions:

• Nanowires usually agglomerate. Our silver nanowires are thus made as a suspension consisting of 1 wt% silver and 99 wt% ethanol, isopropanol, or water.
• This suspension can be further diluted in such solvents as ethanol, isopropanol,  deionized water, etc.
• If necessary, the suspension can also be evaporated to obtain dry silver nanowires.
• The suspension is stable within ~ a week. If the nanowires deposit and if necessary, one can stir the suspension using a glass rod to let the silver nanowires suspend again.
